Each hardware component is covered by its manufacturer warranty. Contact us for the exact terms and duration on your order.

What happens after the free month of support ends?

You can continue using the pack as normal. If you'd like ongoing help, an optional support add-on is available for €60 (1 year / 2 times), same as our other plans.
